Mink is a model agency in every sense of the word. We can only offer models a non-exclusive model contract and a chance to try their hand at modelling. We do not pay for anything for the model such as their photos for example, but on the flip side, we let you try modelling using your existing professional pictures or natural ones but only if they are presentable enough. After all, we have to maintain certain standards to impress our clients.
If you’d like to arrange your own photoshoots, we can connect you with highly skilled, cost-effective photographers in fashion, glamour, or boudoir—located as close to you as possible. In addition, our in-house experts will evaluate your look and measurements to determine whether you are ready for professional opportunities. Ultimately, it is the client who decides if someone is truly model material, as they are the ones investing in your talent. Please note, we operate on an industry-standard 20% commission.

If accepted, we’ll carefully place you on the board that aligns not only with your potential but also with where we can secure the best opportunities for you. Our approach is designed to support individuals with real modeling talent while accommodating their daily routines. Already have a portfolio? Prefer a natural start? Whether part-time or full-time, we adapt to your availability and the work on offer. Concerns about not fitting the “typical” model profile—such as age, height, size, accent, or frame—shouldn’t hold you back. With Mink’s guidance and assessment, the final decision always rests with the client.
